Weekly change of bed linen and towels (optional): euro 10,00 for person. Final cleaning: Euro 30,00. Rent condition Check in: the rent begins at 15 hrs on the day of arrival. Check out: the rent terminates at 10 hrs on the day of departure. Rent Settlement: the balance due should be settled in cash on your arrival. No credit cards are accepted. Booking condition The booking that we have confirmed you, shall become binding only after the receipt of a payment of 30% of the total fee. At receipt we shall give written confirmation of the rent details. Deposit: postal order, bank transfer. Cancellation: in case of cancellation the deposit will not be reimbursed.
