Internet Adsl WiFi or by Ethernet cable RJ45 line for your PC,
bathroom with shower and hairdryer,
spacious covered balconies,
speaker phone,
access for disabled (groundfloor apartments),
your own meter consumption.

Common service for all apartments:

laundry room,
new garage,
barbecue,
iron,
cover space for mountain bike, moto cycle, climb or diving equipment.

Pets not admitted.
